Copies are available at Customer Service for a fee of $1.00 per page. Certification of a document is an additional $2.00.
Juvenile Delinquency cases involve children under the age of 18, and works closely with the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Judiciary, State Attorneys, Public Defenders, and law enforcement agencies.
All Delinquency records are confidential. As mandated by Florida Law, clerks may not give out any information over the phone or on the internet about any juvenile case. To view a court file, the authorized person must come in with a photograph identification.
If you are seeking the appointment of a public defender based on your inability to pay for a private attorney, per Chapter 27.42, Florida Statutes, complete the Application for Criminal Indigent Status.
